We enjoy our fair share of Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Site Plans, ALTA Surveys, Final Surveys, etc.  We are here for any and all of your surveying needs.

ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATIONS

We use quality electronic measurement tools that meet or exceed the specifications of the current ALTA/ACSM guidelines.

GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM

For large scale projects, we use geodetic receivers to collect survey data.

COMPUTER AIDED MAPPING

We maintain a highly efficient and flexible computer mapping system which is compatible with most software.

ALTA Survey

A survey made for supplying a Title Company and lender with survey and location data necessary to issue American Land Title Association Insurance policy. It is a useful tool for buyers to determine their lot lines, whether it has any encroachments, building outlines, easements, basic topography and improvements.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

A very detailed survey for design purposes. This survey will show every feature of a property including: lot lines, street improvements, easements, topography, trees and other landscaping, location of visible utilities, walls, fences, elevations and encroachments

BOUNDARY SURVEYS

This survey involves locating and setting of corners and lot lines of a given parcel of land. This involves taking field measurements, researching city records and making computations to establish boundary lines in accordance with the Professional Land Surveyors Act, utilizing deed legal descriptions.
