Durden Surveying and Mapping Inc is a 3rd Generation owned Land Surveying Company. Our family has been surveying in the state of Florida since the early 1940’s. We are based out of Jacksonville Beach, FL and we service the entire State of Florida- as well as various government projects (we’ve gone as far as Cuba!).
With over 30 years in Surveying Experience, rest assured we can handle all of your surveying needs. We are JSEB Certified and are TWIC ready for any of your surveying needs- but we do not count out the residential homeowners either. We are here for all your closing boundary survey, as well as your flood insurance elevation certificates!

All survey and mapping services performed by DSM is CAD produced using the latest software. Maps, surveyor’s reports and drawings are provided in a digital format We use state of the art equipment, software and technology to meet not only our high standards, but most importantly our clients!
